Summary0001198: Closing ?> in all PHP files for "Headers already sent" message
Description"Headers already sent" error message does appear sometimes when debugging.

It is now commonly accepted that the closing ?> is excluded from the code.

I read it that the semi-colon can be excluded but including the closing PHP tag is necessary when HTML follows the PHP. Also, it just plain doesn't look good without a closing tag. ;-)
